The depths of pain (Chirs Engels) In shadows deep, where questions lie, A query stirs, as time goes by, Why can't we choose our final fate, To meet the end or gently wait? Bound by bonds society weaves, Yet longing for the soul's reprieve, To grasp the reins of life's last breath, And find release from grasp of death. But ethics weigh, and morals sway, As life's complexities hold sway, Who wields the power, who draws the line, In nature's dance, where life aligns? In search of solace, reasons why, We yearn to bid this world goodbye, Yet ponder still, in contemplation, The breadth of life and its foundation. So let us strive to understand, The depths of pain, the heart's demand, In empathy, seek paths unknown, In life and death, let love be shown.

Romeo&Juliet 06:20
Romeo & Juliet ( William Shakespeare/ Chris Engels) In fair Verona's streets, a tale unfolds, Two star-crossed lovers, their fate foretold, From rival houses, their love must withhold, Yet destiny weaves a love story to behold. In noble halls, young Romeo did roam, His heart a canvas, seeking love's sweet home, 'Til Juliet's grace, like starlight shone, A forbidden passion, in their hearts grown. Their families' feud, a bitter divide, But love's embrace, they couldn't hide, In secret meetings, by moonlight's glide, They found solace, love's sanctuary to confide. But jealousy and strife soon took their toll, A tragic turn, fate's ruthless role, Their love declared, but destiny stole, Two lovers lost, a tale of woe to console. So ends the tale of Romeo and his dove, Two hearts entwined, in eternal love, A lesson learned of feuds, fate, and what's above, In Verona's tragic streets, they found love's treasure trove. In love's fierce grip, the young hearts fell, Bound by fate, their tale did tell, A cautionary note, their tragedy foretells, Love's passion, but with caution quell.

Life and death In the realm where shadows reside, Where fleeting moments cease to hide, There lies a truth we can't deny, That death's embrace will draw us nigh. From dawn's first light till twilight's fall, We dance along life's tender thrall, Yet in our hearts, we know it's true, That death's sweet kiss awaits us too. For life and death are intertwined, In nature's grand design enshrined, A cycle woven, ever strong, Where endings merge and beginnings throng. Though tears may flow, and sorrow's reign, We find solace in death's refrain, For in its depths, a promise gleams, That life extends beyond our dreams. So let us honor every breath, Embrace the dance until our death, For in each ending, we shall find, New beginnings, forever entwined.

The lore 07:01
The lore (Chris Engels) In chambers hushed, where secrets dwell, A wizard wise, his tales did swell, To the young prince, he cast his spell, "The essence of life, let me now tell." "Not wealth, my prince, holds truest might, But kindness, a beacon, in every light, Respect for life, in day and night, And humility's grace, forever in sight." "See the tapestry woven fine and grand, Each thread a life, across the land, In modesty, a strength so grand, A purpose fulfilled, hand in hand." "So heed my words, O noble youth, A legacy of kindness, virtue's truth, With heart ablaze, renew your youth, In life's great stage, make goodness smooth." "Thus, my dear prince, embrace this lore, A life well-lived, forevermore, With empathy's key, open the door, In this grand journey, let love outpour."

The Bomb 05:50
The Bomb (Chris Engels) In shadows cast by hopeful dreams, A tale of progress, or so it seemed, Where humans sought a brighter day, But turned it dark in their own way. With visions set on great pursuits, They split the atom, resolute, To harness power, a gift divine, Yet darkness lurked within the shine. The nucleus, once tightly bound, Released its force, unchained, unbound, A brilliant flash, a deadly bloom, As lives were lost in fiery gloom. Devastation spread its wings, A legacy of suffering, The core of science, blackened stain, As good intentions turned to pain. And still, we seek the light ahead, To mend the past, where hearts have bled, To learn from errors, strive for grace, And wield our knowledge in embrace. Let not our progress blindly lead, But humbly sow a caring seed, For in our hands, the power lies, To change the world, to heal, to rise.

In life's quiet stream (Chris Engels) In life's quiet stream they drift along, Unaware, as days turn into nights, No joy in small things, no tender song, Just striving for tomorrow's fleeting sights. Their eyes miss the dance of blossoms fair, Their hearts untouched by laughter's grace, For they live for others, always there, But in solitude, a void they face. When children's laughter leaves the empty nest, Only work remains, a lonely chore, No hobbies to cling to, no passions to invest, Their lives devoid of colors, evermore. Oh, what a melancholy fate they know, Neglecting passions, letting time slip by, In twilight's glow, they watch life's rivers flow, Yearning for a spark to light their sky. Let's learn from their tale, dear friend of mine, To find delight in every fleeting day, To nurture passions that forever shine, And chase the shadows of sorrow away.

In a land of fairytales (Chris Engels) in a land of fairy tales, where dreams take flight, The Hare and the Fox met under moonlight. They spoke of their strengths, their weaknesses too, And shared their tales in a world so anew. The Hare spoke first, with a bounce in its stride, "I'm swift as the wind, with speed as my guide. Through fields I race, with agility rare, But my impatience sometimes leads to despair." The Fox nodded, understanding their truth, For in their tales, they found a common ruth. Strengths and weaknesses, they learned to embrace, Balancing their traits with elegance and grace. The Fox then chimed in, with a cunning smile, "I'm clever and sly, navigating each trial. With wit as my ally, I outsmart and deceive, Yet my pride can be my downfall, I must believe." In a forest so green, where friendship bloomed, A fox and a hare, their bond consumed. But alas, the fox's heart turned cold, Chasing the hare, their friendship foretold. Together they ventured, a duo so bold, Through enchanted forests, their stories untold. In Märchenland's embrace, they found their way, A tale of friendship in a world of pure fey.

Merlin 06:16
Merlin (Chris Engels) In ancient days of myth and lore, A wizard lived, his name Merlin bore, With robes of stars and wisdom's core, His tale unfolds, forevermore. Born of mysteries, his origins veiled, In forests deep, his destiny sailed, With powers vast, his arts prevailed, In whispers of wind, his secrets hailed. At Arthur's court, a counselor wise, Through quests and trials, by his side, His guidance strong, like the sun's rise, In Camelot's halls, his magic would ride. But time is sly, its grasp takes hold, In twilight's embrace, his story unfolds, A legend eternal, through history's fold, Merlin's name, in magic, enscrolled. In twilight's shroud, he fades from view, Yet whispers of enchantment still imbue. A wizard's legacy, in stars agleam, Merlin's spirit, a timeless dream.

Love 06:58
Love (Chris Engels) In the depths of our minds, love takes its flight, A force that brings both joy and endless strife, Yet in the labyrinth of thoughts, it's clear, How differently we yearn, our paths austere. For love resides within our brains, they say, Neurons firing in their intricate ballet, But as man and woman walk divergent trails, In pursuit of desires, their bond oft pales. The needs of he and she, so distant, stark, In this cerebral dance, they miss the mark, With every heartbeat, love's divide grows wide, As longing pulls them far, love's knot untied. But hope remains, for minds can still unite, To bridge the gaps, dispel the endless night, For love, though born within our brains, holds true, When we find common ground, it's me and you.
